Since co-founding Bespoke, Michaels' creative and marketing experience spanning two decades has shaped Bepoke's innovative strategy for our corporate identity and our diverse roster of luxury brand clients. With a specialized focus on creating narratives that effectively resonate with the world's most sought-after audiences, Michael believes in purposeful and authentic messaging, converged with deliberate and distinct creative.

ELIZABETH WHITE

director of operations

Liz is responsible for everything from negotiations, budgeting, and process improvement. She is dedicated to developing long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives, and overseeing all operations to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity and performance.

In addition to being a mother of two Liz has worked at the cutting edge of brand innovation for over a decade. Her unique perspective on process improvement and brand strategy led to unprecedented growth with companies like West Point Home and The Home Décor Companies. Both through motherhood and her career she has a proven ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity.

 

JON JAFARI

DIRector of business development

Jon leverages a decade of experience in marketing, experiential, and partnerships to bring high-level strategies and lead turnkey initiatives. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. A balance between his social and professional personality has allowed him to successfully create and maintain strong relationships and develop a robust network of business opportunities. He has worked in various brand marketing roles with globally recognized brands such as Lamborghini North America and Volkswagen of America as well as on the other side of the curtain as an account manager for sports, motorsports, automotive, and luxury brand focused agencies. Jon is a spontaneous traveler continuing a 12-year streak of visiting a new country or city and when he’s home he’ll take on the challenge of a new recipe to cook up a dish Gordon Ramsey wouldn’t approve of.

 

MATTHEW LONGO

MARKETING MANAGER

With a decade of experience in digital marketing, Matt enjoys taking a holistic customer-centric approach to his work. By leveraging the latest in MarTech, Matt is dedicated to educating, engaging, and supporting clients by working at the intersection of marketing and technology. Before working for Bespoke Luxury Marketing, Matt has worked to build cutting- edge digital marketing strategies for multiple brands that adhere to the best and latest practice standards to achieve long-term results. 

Matt is a lifelong New Yorker with a love for Long Island’s East End. Currently residing in Long Island’s wine country, he enjoys exploring the local vineyards and agriculture. Matt is also a passionate New York sports fan.

PAUL JOWDY

President

Paul is a forward-thinking leader recognized for delivering innovative ideas that grow revenue and increase awareness for our clients. He headed the launch of our NYC office to help expand the agency’s footprint across all luxury lifestyle categories. Prior to joining Bespoke, he served as Chief Business Officer of Fairchild Fashion Media overseeing their global brand portfolio, and was Publisher of multiple iconic media brands at Condé Nast. “Having a good idea is easy, it’s the execution that is hard. At Bespoke we pride ourselves on both!”

Paul is an avid sports fan and frustrated guitarist with a self-admitted addition to candy! He resides in NYC with his wife and daughter.

 

NICOLE EBEL

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR

Throughout her 13-year career in design, Hamptons native Nicole Ebel has met the challenge of creative leadership across the advertising landscapes of both digital and traditional branding with the goal of bringing storytelling, products, and platforms together through innovative design. Prior to joining Bespoke, Nicole oversaw large digital and integrated campaigns for various firms. As the Lead Creative Designer for SMM Advertising, she worked with a wide variety of clients and led award-winning marketing campaigns. Previous to her experience in advertising, Nicole was the Senior Creative Designer for a luxury real estate company based in the Hamptons. This coupled with her advertising background allows her to strategically execute design, marketing campaigns, and collateral with a polished approach aimed to deliver creative solutions that solve business problems. Nicole believes that good design serves a great purpose, and has a passion for exploring new ways an idea can spark, connect, and resonate with people.

 

GEORGE WLODARCZYK

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Since moving back to the East Coast a decade ago, after graduate school in Chicago and consulting work in Southern California, George has been applying his project management skills in the Financial and Real Estate sectors in New York City. Whether as a research director, or now as senior project manager, he’s understood that establishing and communicating project objectives leads to closing the project and ensuring all objectives have been met. Now living full-time in the Hamptons, he utilizes these skills to service Bespoke Luxury Marketing clients - working directly with both the President and the Chief Creative Officer of Bespoke Luxury Marketing. George is a foodie and therefore tries to play tennis and take extended beach walks when he’s not busy helping to expand clients’ brands, guiding their strategies, and delivering targeted results.

 

CHRIS FARINELLA

SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER

Chris Farinella is a Web Designer and Web Developer with over fifteen years of creative experience. He works alongside an innovative team to ensure clients are represented through a dynamic and responsive web experience. Chris specializes in website design and development; WordPress, CSS , HTML, and e-commerce. He is responsible for creating and maintaining an online presence for all Bespoke Companies. Chris is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Before joining Bespoke Chris worked as the Lead Web Designer/Developer for Ferocious Media and Banfi Vintners. In his free time, Chris likes to tend to his newest hobby, saltwater fish, while also spending time with his wife, 2 Dobermans, and a shih-tzu at their home in Huntington.
