Since co-founding Bespoke, Michael has helped to shape the organization’s identity as a true disruptor in ultra-luxury. With two decades of creative and marketing experience to his name, and a specialized focus in creating narratives that effectively resonate with the world’s most sought-after audiences, Michael is known as an innovator in the industry. His belief in purposeful and authentic messaging, converged with deliberate and distinct creative, is a contributing force in the growth of Bespoke’s diverse roster of luxury brand clients.

PAUL JOWDY

President

Paul is a forward-thinking leader recognized for devising insightful strategies that increase both revenue and brand awareness. He headed the launch of our NYC office to help expand the agency’s footprint across all luxury lifestyle categories. Prior to joining Bespoke, he served as Chief Business Officer of Fairchild Fashion Media overseeing their global brand portfolio and was Publisher of multiple iconic media brands at Condé Nast. Paul’s motto since joining Bespoke is that “it’s easy to have a good idea, but to execute it artfully is much harder. At Bespoke we pride ourselves on both.”

 
Paul is an avid sports fan and frustrated guitarist with a self-admitted addiction to candy! He resides in NYC with his wife and daughter.

ELIZABETH WHITE

director of operations

Liz is responsible for developing long-term strategies that streamline negotiations, budgeting, and overall operations within Bespoke. Working closely with senior management to meet company objectives, Liz is dedicated to ensuring that consistent, efficient workflows are in place for optimal productivity and performance.


Liz has worked at the cutting edge of brand development for over a decade. Her unique perspective on process improvement and brand strategy led to unprecedented growth with companies like West Point Home and The Home Décor Companies. When she is not managing operations for Bespoke, Liz manages operations at home as a mother of two. 

 
 
 

NICOLE CHIAPPETTA

Throughout her 13-year career in design, Hamptons native Nicole Chiappetta has met the challenge of creative leadership across the advertising landscape. Prior to joining Bespoke, Nicole oversaw large digital and integrated campaigns for various firms and worked to bring storytelling, products, and platforms together through innovative design. As the Lead Creative Designer for SMM Advertising, she worked with a wide variety of clients and led award-winning marketing campaigns that utilized both digital and traditional branding strategies. Before working full-time in advertising, Nicole also lent her expertise as a Senior Creative Designer for a Hamptons-based luxury real estate company, solving business problems with creative solutions. She is known for her strategic and polished approach to marketing campaigns and collateral.

Previously an all-state softball player, Nicole is a die-hard Yankee fan, and enjoys cooking inspired by her big Italian family.

CHRIS FARINELLA

SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER

Chris Farinella is a Web Designer and Web Developer with over fifteen years of creative experience. Before joining Bespoke, Chris worked as the Lead Web Designer/Developer for Ferocious Media and Banfi Vintners. Today, Chris, along with his visionary team, works to ensure that clients are represented through a dynamic and responsive web experience. His expertise in website design and development, WordPress, CSS, HTML, and e-commerce makes him uniquely qualified to create and maintain the online presence for all Bespoke Companies. Chris is a powerful force in the workplace and believes that a positive attitude encourages productivity. In his free time, Chris likes to tend to his newest hobby, saltwater fish, while also spending time with his wife, 2 Dobermans, and a shih-tzu at their home in Huntington.
